At Willow Tees, we want you to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we provide a 7-day exchange policy for eligible orders.
1. Exchange Policy (7 Days Only)
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
With all tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
👉 We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds.
Only size exchanges or exchanges for defective/wrong products are allowed.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us:
A clear photo/video of the issue
Your order number
Product tags visible
We will arrange an exchange after verification.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do NOT accept exchanges for:
Items without original tags
Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Sale, discounted, or clearance items
Gift cards
Customized/personalized items (if applicable)
Items marked "Final Sale"
4. Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
You will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.
We will dispatch the replacement product to you.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. No Refunds
We follow a strict no refund policy.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, including:
Change of mind
Incorrect order placed by customer
Size issues (exchange permitted instead)
Refunds are only considered if the product is out of stock for exchange and approved case-by-case by management.
